One of the bedrooms is considerably larger than usual, has 2 closets, and a remote controlled ceiling fan. The other bedroom is also very reasonable in size and also has a ceiling fan.

This apartment is sunny, ideal for hot summer days and nights as it tends to have wonderful ventilation and insulation that keeps the hot air out.
