Not happy, 3 weeks without heat in winter, in the summer time people drunk at parking lots, the dumpster fulls, people dont respect parking, companies truck parking at the lots,

Roaches and mice have infested the property
no improvements made to existing residents
I finally got a refrigerator after multiple attempts to fix it. My food was spoiled 3 times-RENEW should be responsible for replacements.
