Office availability is even lower than under previous ownership and not predictable. Maintenance is better. The new package system is a plus.

I recently renewed my lease, so I have lived here for a little over a year. This is by far the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived at. I am amazed at the maintenance crew and the swiftness of the team for all the maintenance issues I have had. Also the snow removal has been incredible. If it snows overnight, I wake up and my walkway is shoveled, never icy! Everyone is respectful and kind.
I have been a resident of Waltham my whole life and I am so impressed with all the beautiful... upgrades that have been made since renew has taken over. Family members of mine have also noticed. You guys are doing a great job! I love the benches, the grilles, the new pool furniture, and black paint upgrades. I look forward to staying here for years to come! Thank you renew!!!!!!!

I have been living in this residence for seven years now. It is a very quiet and safe community. The neighbors are very kind. The office staff always greet people with a friendly attitude. All issues are resolved promptly and professionally. I truly enjoy living in this residence. The environment is always kept clean and well maintained. Any technical problems in the apartments are handled quickly and on time. I would recommend this residence to everyone. Thank you.
