Shared Apartment Close to Bentley and Brandeis Shuttle
Three bedroom apartment located on the second and third floor of a multi family home. The home is located 1.5 miles to Brandeis and is a block from the Brandeis or Bentley Shuttle. It is located close to Moody St and is in walking distance to many... bars, restuarants, cafes, and public transportation. The room would come finished with a bed (sheets, comforter, pillows, towel) and table or desk. Household products such as soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels is also provided.
Washer and dryer are in the apartment and there is no additional cost.
There is a living room with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, and deck that you will have access to.
There is no off street parking however there is street parking and a parking lot within a two minute walk.
This apartment is perfect for international students as it can be rented short term. Pick up at airport depending on times can be included at no additional fee. Also, assistance in becoming acclimated to the area. Video chat can be set up to speak with landlord who also lives in apartment. Contact information of prior students can be provided for you to check references. Landlord has been hosting international students in her home for many years. Most students have been in the MBA program at Brandeis or PhD program doing research.
