We’ve really enjoyed our experience here. The building is beautiful,the staff is friendly,and the amenities are top-notch. From the rooftop views to the fitness center, everything feels thoughtfully designed.The apartments are modern,clean,and comfortable,with great attention to detail.The team is great and helpful, and the atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. Big shout-out to Manny! ?? The common areas are always spotless stylish, and everything in the neighborhood. My only small complaint is the parking situation. The gate occasionally malfunctions which not a huge deal on its own. However, the HELP LINE experience can be frustrating. The agents on the other end often don’t resolve the issue and sometimes even hang up. Considering the monthly fees we pay, the parking service could definitely be improved. Aside from that, it’s been an amazing place to call home. If The Harlo could make parking more convenient or affordable, it would easily be a five-star experience across the board.
