I’ve had a great experience living here at The Smith. The location is perfect and makes getting around really easy. The team is friendly, professional, and always helpful, which makes a big difference. The amenities are well maintained and add a lot of value to living here. Overall, I’m very happy and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Living at the smith is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The smith leasing team is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond with the resident events. You seriously will not find another building with such good resident events like the smith. The leasing process was absolutely seamless (even with virtually touring and signing my lease from across the country!). Lilah is so well informed, very helpful, and a delight to work with. I appreciate the care that Shanon and Manny take towards... assisting residents, they are so welcoming! The property is kept in great condition. If there is ever a maintenance need, the maintenance staff takes care of it very quickly and with great care.The building is always absolutely spotless and the cleaning team is here every day. The amenities are also amazing and top notch! The gym has an incredible view, the pool and rooftop are perfect for the summer, and the guest suite is such a convenience! They also have free fitness classes which is such a great perk. The property is in Boston’s best neighborhood- south end. It is also conveniently located with easy access to your I93. The building is very pet friendly with a pet spa, and local parks just a few steps away.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay at The Smith thus far! The maintenance team is amazing as well. Whenever a request is sent out, it’s always resolved within 24 hours especially there was one specific instance where our door lock was unable to be opened from the outside and the management team took it very seriously and had everything resolved within 1-2 hours after I called their team. The maintenance guy Mo who fixed the door was super quick about it and gave us a heads up that whenever the... door starts getting harder to open to let them know right away as a preventative measure. All in all everything’s great here!

Love the people and quality of the building. Maintenance is fantastic too. Electricity usage seems high even when not in the apartment for extended periods of time, but appliances all work great.
